Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard under “Orders”
- The carrier’s website directly using your tracking number
Customs & Duties
We cover all customs duties and import fees for international orders. You won’t need to pay anything extra when your package arrives — we’ve got it handled.
In rare cases where local customs authorities require additional documentation, we’ll reach out to you directly to assist.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@pawvibecollective.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request — but once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
